Stephen King Fairy Tale PDF
The storyteller Stephen King reaches into the depths of his imagination to write this spellbinding story about a seventeen-year-old boy inheriting the keys to another world where good and evil battle for supremacy. The stakes could not be higher—for that world or ours. Charlie Reade appears to be a typical high school student, good at baseball and football, and a decent student.
It is a heavy burden he carries. After his mother was killed in a hit-and-run accident at age ten, his father started drinking. Taking care of himself and his father was a major lesson for Charlie. An aging recluse, Howard Bowditch lives in a big house at the top of a mountain in a big shed, and a dog named Radar lives with her and her master. Charlie is seventeen when he meets Radar and Howard Bowditch. There are times when strange sounds emerge from it.
During his time working for Mr. Bowditch, Charlie falls in love with Radar. A tape cassette that tells an unbelievable story is left to Charlie by Bowditch after he dies. It has been a secret all Bowditch’s life that a portal to another world lies inside the shed. King’s storytelling in Fairy Tale soars. It is a magnificent and terrifying story about a heroic boy who must lead the battle against overwhelming evil with the help of his dog. A few pages into the Pandemic, King asked himself: “What could you write that would make you happy? ”
My imagination pictured a vast deserted city-deserted but alive as if it had been waiting for that question. An overturned gargoyle head lay in the street, the streets empty, the buildings haunted. The statues were smashed (I was unaware of what they were, but I eventually discovered what they were). The glass towers of the palace seemed to pierce the clouds as they towered above me. Those images released the story I wanted to tell.
