About the book
This was Maggie and Beau’s story. The last of the club partners and Emerson’s troubled son. Dominance does nothing for me but it was interesting to read about anyway. I read another series about it and this was a healthier way to live the lifestyle than that one. Maggie hasn’t been as forthcoming about her interests as some of the rest. She hadn’t even taken the quiz that they’ve basically built their club on. She’s excellent at managing the club though and knows how to get things done. Beau is still feeling a little weird about his dad being with Charlie but he’s trying to be a better man and person. He’s taken her sister, Sophie under his wing and tries to protect her and hang out. She doesn’t want protection though. Beau and Maggie are brought together due to their relationships with Emerson and Charlie. They feel like the odd ones in the group of friends and their partners.
