The Magic of the Lost Temple PDF

The magic of the lost temple should be read by everyone once they understand the value of village life. City life is becoming increasingly popular nowadays. However, village life is worth living. The story revolves around Nooni and her summer vacation at her grandparents’ house. The village of Somanahalli is located in Karnataka, where Nooni’s grandparents live, where city girl Nooni is stunned by the pace of life there.

It becomes exciting when Nooni stumbles across an ancient, fabled stepwell right in the middle of a forest near the village. The stepwell was built by Somanayaka in 1000CE. Mahadev, Medha, Amit, and Anand, her newfound friends, engage in a flurry of activities with her. She learns how to ride a bicycle with Mahadev, Medha, Amit, and Anand. This book describes the beauty and culture of south India (Karnataka).

There are no rules or routines in Nooni’s village, so young children will identify with her freedom. They understand her feelings of abandonment when her parents leave her at her grandparent’s house due to their busy professional lives and inability to take her on vacation. While Nooni and her friends found the ruins by chance, the biggest problem she faces is her lack of ability to proceed with the excavation despite having an eighteen-year-old boy on their team.

A lot of children face problems that they have to ask elders or experienced individuals for assistance to solve. She initially hesitates to involve her grandparents, but they eventually enlist her parents and her village people to solve the problem. The story is about a kid who gets to stay with her granny in coastal Karnataka (Goa to Mangalore belt). People who have done the same things in their childhood will benefit from having a refresher on the different traditions and chores in their region.

SUDHA MURTHY never disappoints her readers by writing boring stories. She always writes interesting stories, but this one is about how our old relationships in India used to be, about the cultures they used to follow in villages, and more. The early stages of our lives are the best times to read a book, but you can read a book at any stage. There are some books that everyone should read, and this is one of them.
