About the book
This was a well-told story of Christian and Megan. The story starts with her escaping a wedding, but the “why” doesn’t come until the last half of the story.
Years later they bump into each other in a pub in Dublin. From there they enter a fake relationship situation to get through Christmas back in their hometown.
Because we don’t know why she left her wedding, we don’t know whose side we’re on when the villagers are against her. There is lots of drama in this part and they end up snowed in a cabin together.
This was an easy-to-devour rom-com that was high on tension, but only mild on spice.
